The Bavarian Club's Annual Chili Cook Off will be held at the Bavarian Clubhouse from 2:00 till 6:00pm

If you have never been to the Chili Cook Off here is what happens.  Sampling starts at 2:00 pm with all the Chili displayed in the backroom at the club.  You can get a sampler plate which includes 1/2 of the Chili's entered, or you can get an individual sampler bowl bowl (2 - 3 oz.).  You will be allowed 1 vote if you purchase the sampler plate.  If you don't want to vote in the Cook Off you can get a regular bowl for a price also.  There will be plenty of condiments (cheese, crackers, sauces, peppers, sout cream, spaghetti, etc.) for those of you who like a little extra on your chili.  When you are done tasting all the Chili you can vote on the chili you think tastes the best.  You get only 1 vote so make sure you pick wisely.

If you wish to enter the Cook Off here is what you need to do.  Contact Charles Henson at 419-836-9634 or email us at bavarianclub@bex.net.  You will need 1 gallon of Chili in a container other than your crock pot.  This will need to be at The Bavarian Hall by Friday evening.  If you have a crock pot, please bring that also.

We hope to see you at the Chili Cook Off.  Anyone entering the Cook Off are donating their time & Chili.  Please come out and support this function.  There will be plenty of great drinks available thought the afternoon!
