2024 Vierlander Länder Gebietsfest

Liebe Trachtler und Trachtlerinen,

On behalf of the members of the Bavarian Sports Club D’Holzhacker Buam, you are invited to the 2024 Vier Lander Gebietsfest to be held on the weekend of June 14-15, 2024 in Toledo, Ohio. We look forward to hosting the Vereines of the Vier Lander Gebiets and beyond.

The fest will kick off on Friday evening with a Heimatabend at the Bavarian Sports Club (2102 Lagrange Street Toledo, OH 43608). Food and drinks will be available for purchase. There will be a shuttle available all evening between the Renaissance Toledo Downtown Hotel and the Bavarian Sports Club. All Saturday events will take place within the Renaissance. Einzel will begin in the morning, followed by workshops and a Festabend, including a plated dinner and the presentation of awards for Einzelplatteln will follow in the evening. 

Please find two important forms attached. The first is for Event Registration. This form covers event tickets and flower orders. The event ticket includes entrance to all events, banquet plated dinner and beer, pop and wine until pre-purchased amount runs out. Cash bar will be available once pre-purchased drinks are out. The second is the Activity and Presiplattln Registration form. This form covers Einzelpreisplattln registration, the Fahnen Umzug, and Ehrentänze. We ask that your registration is submitted by May 1st, 2024. Please only have one registration packet per Verein.

You may send your registration by email (bsc2024vierlandergebietsfest@gmail.com) or by mail to the Bavarian Sports Club 2102 Lagrange Street Toledo, OH 43608. Payments must be in USD. We are able to electronically accept payments through SQUARE once registration is received or a check can be mailed to the Bavarian Sports Club with your registration (2102 Lagrange Street Toledo, OH 43608).
